XDC focuses on even more than just the smiling and dialing and our extraordinary engagements. The well oiled machine we call our team is what makes XDC, XDC. Because of the outstanding work each and every member of our XDC family puts in daily, we are eager to feature them monthly. We wouldn’t be where we are today if it weren’t for the charisma and positivity of every individual.

What is something that [people within your industry/niche] are forced to deal with that you have hopes of fixing?

Many people in the call center industry often feel that the company they work for does not do enough for them. I believe that the call center industry can improve this by fostering greater awareness among team members about expectations and accountability, while at the same time companies can focus on being true partners by offering the motivation and tools employees need to feel connected to the company’s mission.

What does a day in your life look like when working at XDC?

Every day I start my shift feeling motivated and try my best towards demonstrating XDC's core values: extraordinary, determined, and charismatic.

What do you like about working at XDC?

I like the people and how everyone is always uplifting and motivating each other, it is a great positive work environment.

What are the values that keep you going?

I believe my number one value is hard work.

What does your dream vacation look like?

A trip to Japan to experience its cities and urban life would be amazing, and it would also be great to visit the country’s many cultural and historical sites.

What do you enjoy doing outside of work?

Working out at the gym and long walks or jogging at the park. I also enjoy watching lots of TV shows and movies, eating out, or just making burgers at home.
