Because of the outstanding work each and every member of our XDC family puts in daily, we are eager to feature them monthly. We wouldn’t be where we are today if it weren’t for the charisma and positivity of every individual.

What is something that [people within your industry/niche] are forced to deal with that you have hopes of fixing?

Rejection is common, but I hope to help normalize it and encourage a mindset that sees it as redirection, not failure.

What does a day in your life look like when working at XDC?

I start the day with coffee, handle tasks from my home office, join team calls, and wrap up with planning for the next day.

I appreciate the flexibility, the innovative environment, and the support from a collaborative team.

Integrity, growth, and resilience guide me both professionally and personally.

What are your top 3 favorite Movies and/or TV shows?

Inception, Breaking Bad, and The Office.

What does your dream vacation look like?

Exploring Japan—city lights in Tokyo, temples in Kyoto, and nature in Hokkaido.

What do you enjoy doing outside of work?

I enjoy going to the gym, reading, and spending time with friends.
