The negative connotation that comes with calls from a BDC. That is why, at XDC, we focus on the QUALITY of calls and train our agents extensively on providing an extraordinary experience that clients will remember and associate fondly with the business that has engaged our services.
What does a day in your life look like when working at XDC?
Every day is something new! I ensure timely campaign deployment and completion, assist agents in providing the most EXTRAORDINARY customer experience, and fostering a positive company culture!

What are your top 3 favorite Movies and/or TV shows?
Favorite movie - Chef. Favorite shows are any documentaries/docuseries. I love to learn new things!
What does your dream vacation look like?
Exuma, Bahamas with my husband and kids and our close group of friends that have kids the same age as ours. Must be included in the trip is a Sunday spent at the Chat n' Chill Beach for their Sunday pig roast - if you know, you know!
What do you enjoy doing outside of work?
Thrifting/antiquing, cooking, tossing the baseball with my son, shopping with my daughter, completing house projects with my husband, and exercise.
