XDC focuses on even more than just the smiling and dialing and our extraordinary engagements. The well oiled machine we call our team is what makes XDC, XDC. Because of the outstanding work each and every member of our XDC family puts in daily, we are eager to feature them monthly. We wouldn’t be where we are today if it weren’t for the charisma and positivity of every individual.

What is something that [people within your industry/niche] are forced to deal with that you have hopes of fixing?

The automotive industry has a long standing issue with customer service. This isn’t due to dealers choosing to neglect their customers. This comes from having too much on their plate. By outsourcing some of their lead generation and customer service efforts to us, it allows dealers more time to focus more attention on the rest.

What does a day in your life look like when working at XDC?

No day at XDC ever looks the same. Some days are filled with digging into issues for our partners. Other days are back to back meetings with partners. Some are a mix of the two. The most important thing is, every day is filled with doing what we can to assist our partners.

What do you like about working at XDC?

The best thing about working at XDC comes down to two factors for me. One is that I get to be a part of dealers' success stories without having to physically be in the store. The other part is, it is impossible to find a company that cares about its employees anymore. XDC Does.

What are the values that keep you going?

The values that keep me going have been the same ever since I started my first job. Be honest, be ethical, be persistent.

What does your dream vacation look like?

My dream vacation is somewhere in the mountains of Montana or sitting on a boat in the middle of a lake.

What do you enjoy doing outside of work?

Outside of work I enjoy watching racing at my local racetrack, Road Atlanta, going to the lake, and going to the shooting range with friends.
